Privacy and Data Security

SafeNet VPN allows internet activities via VPN servers without exposing your IP address, ensuring data confidentiality.

Service Enhancements

User Account Protection

You are responsible for password security and user data management. You're accountable for activities linked to your account, including those transferred to others.
SafeNet VPN offers an unlimited subscription, managed by users. A 3-day trial is available, with auto-renewal and pricing subject to change. Manage your subscription via account settings.

User Responsibility

You agree to comply with local laws when using SafeNet VPN globally. You must not reverse-engineer, resell, distribute, or use SafeNet VPN to create competing products, transmit illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, or compromise its operation.

No Warranty

We provide no warranties for the service or software. We are not liable for damages from user identity exposure or VPN server performance. SafeNet VPN is provided "as is," without warranties for uninterrupted operation or complete data protection.

Legal Protection

 

You agree to indemnify SafeNet VPN and related entities from claims or demands, including legal fees, arising from your use of SafeNet VPN.

Termination

Terminating this agreement revokes your access and license to use SafeNet VPN. Termination can occur for atypical usage.
Upon termination, all licenses are revoked, and access to SafeNet VPN is denied.
